Josh H. Ontell has joined the firm of Blankingship & Keith, P.C. as an associate in its Education Law and Litigation group as an associate. He previously served as an Assistant Commonwealth Attorney in the Office of the Fairfax County Commonwealth’s Attorney and as Assistant Corporation Counsel in the Tort Division of the New York City Law Department.
Josh earned his law degree from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, magna cum laude, in 2017 and his B.A. in Economics, summa cum laude, from Rutgers University in 2008.
John Dorsey has joined the firm of Blankingship & Keith, P.C. as an associate in its Medical Malpractice Defense group as an associate. He previously clerked for Judge Albertson, Judge Ritchie, and Judge Wilson with the Rockingham County Circuit Court in Harrisonburg.
Charlotte Alton has joined the firm of Blankingship & Keith, P.C. as an associate in its Family Law practice. Charlotte previously served as law clerk for the Honorable John M. Tran of the 19th Judicial Circuit of Virginia.
Charlotte earned her law degree from the Washington and Lee School of Law where she was Lead Articles Editor for The Journal of Civil Rights and Social Justice. She earned her B.A., magna cum laude, from Tulane University. She earned his B.A., magna cum laude from Tulane University.
Daniel Williams has joined the firm of Blankingship & Keith, P.C. as an associate in its Education Law and Litigation practice. As a former Florida Assistant State Attorney for the Ninth Judicial Circuit, he has extensive experience in all phases of litigation.
